I want to come "home" so bad you guys! I miss Hardee County Fire Rescue big time!!! Chief, do ya think I would be wearin' a white shirt by now?? Nooooo. I would probably be ridin around in old rescue-10 dreamin of midnight morge runs for overtime. Brandon Ball, Robert Shiver, Bob Deveraux, Dave Deveraux, Dennis Pigg, Jean Beck, Bob Hennegar, Billy Wingate, Mike "cut his throat" Choat (in the back of old R-14 at an ejection off the bridge Signal-4)and all the old guys are forever etched in my mind. Note to current members: Don't ever yell at a county commissioner while your backing a tanker into the bay! Trust me, it isn't worth it.
